The collective bargaining agreement was signed on March 3, 2025, in a meeting attended by our union’s General President Kenan Öztürk, General Secretary Muharrem Yıldırım, General Financial Secretary Seyfi Erez, General Training Secretary Ersin Türkmen, our union’s lawyer Oktay Durmaz, collective bargaining expert İlknur Avınca, and workplace union representative Ahmet Çalka.

The employer was represented by General Manager Volkan Demiroğlu, Deputy General Managers Müge Arslan and Asil Bütün, Human Resources Managers Cem Gönden and Sinan Yay, as well as lawyers Cansu Okur and M. Ertürk Eras.

Our union, which is organized in the logistics division (DHL Logistics) of the German-owned Deutsche Post DHL Group, has also successfully organized and obtained authorization at DHL Express, the company’s international cargo transportation division, leading to the start of CBA negotiations.

Throughout the process, our union kept its members informed at every stage through general membership and representative meetings. Before the final stage of negotiations, another meeting was held with members, and the majority of those attending approved the signing of the CBA.

Our union remains committed to protecting the rights and interests of cargo, logistics, and warehouse workers and will continue to expand its organizing efforts.

We call on unorganized and insecure cargo/transportation workers to unite under our union. We hope that the signed CBA brings prosperity to DHL Express workers and all our members.
